As a conceptual photographer Shelby Graham focuses on art as a part of life; everything is an opportunity for both decision-making and serendipity. Her practice involves critical inquiry and draws from her experiences as artist, gallery director, curator of exhibitions, and outdoor enthusiast. She uses visualization techniques and contemporary social practices to build strong concepts for collaborative exhibitions, allowing for interdisciplinary discourse and experimentation. Her current photographic work reflects California’s drought.
