Art Submission

Participants in the Art Party have previously been nominated by prior participants. This nomination process is in place this year and begins through the website at https://artpartysj.com/about-the-art-party/submit/ Nominated Artists will be given priority in the juror process.

* Please note that “nomination” does not guarantee admission.

This year we have provided a path for Unsolicited Artists to have their work looked at by the Advisory Panel. Go to https://artpartysj.com/about-the-art-party/submit/ to start the process. Accepted artists may choose to exhibit their work either physically at the Art Party or digitally at the event and Art Party website.

This year — because of the large number of participants — all new nominees  and Unsolicited Artists will be reviewed by an advisory panel.

Art Sales Policy

The sale of art is strictly between the artist and the buyer. Anne Sconberg, Mark Henderson, Georgie Huff, Anne and Mark’s Art Party, and Art Party SJ LLC do not get involved with the sale of art at Anne and Mark’s Art Party. We do not negotiate, transport, receive money or make other arrangements to facilitate any sale of artwork. There is a commission of 20% due to the Art Party from the artist on successful sale of artwork as a result of its being shown at Anne and Mark’s Art Party.

All of the art is to remain where it is placed for the complete duration of the event.

Return and Cancellation Policy

This is rain or shine event. We cannot issue any refunds. If an unforeseen situation beyond our control occurs, causing the event to be rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event.

If the event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled, which we do not foresee, your ticket would be refunded. Information on how to obtain a refund due to cancellation of the event will be available on the Art Party website at that time.

Event cancellation is the only circumstance in which a ticket will be refunded.
